We would be honored to guide you from start to finish, allowing you to dream big without stress or worry.
Every wedding we plan is totally inspired by you, custom-designed to be authentic and timeless with glamorous and impressive details. We promise to keep your guests at the forefront when planning your celebration, ensuring they experience the kind of warmth and hospitality you would provide as host. Our team of experts will find vendors for food, floral, announcements, lighting, video, sound, transportation and many other elements to create an experience you will always cherish. We specialize in full-service wedding planning and only accept a limited number of weddings per year to preserve the quality of our client experience.
FAITH
Our team of experienced creative faith planners are ready to manage the logistics of your next ministry event locally or nationally. Our founder is an ordained minister capable and licensed to officiate weddings and experienced in faith-based events.
With your vision in mind, our team will create a plan and concept to convert your current ministry campus into an host center or locate the perfect venue. We work closely with you to find the best speakers, facilitators or entertainment and will work with quality vendors to bring your vision to life. Our initial consultation is as personal as it is productive and after an in-depth conversation about your ministry and vision, you will receive a proposal for your faith-based event.
SOCIAL EVENTS
No matter the occasion, Vision Essentials is ready to plan and produce a highly personalized social event. Together, we will create a party experience overflowing with details that are as unique as you are. From capturing your vision with an uninterrupted consultation to partnering with our amazing vendors, we will exceed expectations with a seamless, impressive celebration that captures the heart of your story.

OUR FOUNDER
Barney is an enthusiastic and innovative professional with extensive experience in event planning and management. He is passionate about event planning and will tap into his knowledge of event planning to develop, coordinate and manage weddings, social, faith-based and corporate events.
Barney is devoted to meeting the needs of his clients, and he specializes in bringing innovative, out-of-box dreams to fruition. Since realizing his passion, Barney has found professional success at a high level, working with such organizations as Atlanta City Hall, Zoo Atlanta, The Historic Martin Luther King Center, The Atlanta History Center, and the Georgia Minority Supplier Development Counsel.
Similarly, he has made a high-level commitment to his Event Planning education, having been mentored and coached by several of the most highly acclaimed Event Planners in the industry and receiving his Meeting and Event Planning Certification from Clayton State University.
In his spare time, Barney enjoys hanging out with friends. He also believes in giving back to the community and working closely with non-profit organizations like Every Color Matters Cancer Awareness Organization, The Boys and Girls Club, and local church organizations. Barney is affiliated with the Atlanta chapter of the International Live Events Association.
